Re: ICD2

You can buy a one from http://www.olimex.com/dev/index.html for about $90.
Check out **broken link removed** they sell a kit for about $70.

If you don't mind building your own do a quick search on edaboard or google for ICD2 or ICD2 clone.

You could also buy a low cost programmer such as EPIC Plus for about $60. http://www.rentron.com/PicBasic/products/EPIC.htm
$99 with extra accessories:

there are some controllers for which ICD2 is required.
will one ICD2 work for all the controller or will they a have separate ICD2 for individual PIC controller.

Re: ICD2

akhileshchidare,

IDC2 from olimex if shipped to you fully assembled and tested.
MCUServer ships preprogrammed MCU too.

You can always build a simple parallel port programmer to program 16F877, or have someone else program it for you.

Re: ICD2
