I'm looking for the following book here in India, unfortunately i'm not getting it to be purchased.

Blackwell, Kotzebue, Semiconductor-diode parametric amplifiers, Prentice-Hall, Englewood Cliffs, N.J., 1961

I found it (via Google) to buy from the USA shippable to the UK but no idea if they would ship to India.
