Yes, I know. I have seen the tutorial in Modelsim,
but I do not like it. Hopefully I want to find some concise tutorial.

take a tcl book, and do more exercise in simulator or other eda tools that support tcl,
it is a good and useful practice.
not only a good tutorial, but the most important is exercise.
