Where I can find model for ICL8038 precision waveform generator? If I can not find one is any alternative for ICL8038? With model for simulation of course.

Something wrong with that. Duty cycle, stability, etc. ICL8038 is now being replaced by Mouzer and DigiKey with better IC.

And I have spice models for them which is great.
