I can't find them on ebay, amazon or the Rigol website. Can someone give me a link?
 

What are you talking about? Regular passive probes (like Rigol PVP2150) or RPL1116 digital probe? Both can be found at the Rigol web site.
 

That's an industry standard passive probe. You can use third party scope probe as well.
