Where can I buy a plastic frame for a 3-digits digital meter?

I have a 3-digits digital meter and I lookig for supplier to buy plastic frame for it for panel mounting with red plastic face for it.
Can some one direct me to a supplier.

My location is in Canada
3 digits each .5X.75 inch.
When you place the 3 digits together side by side measure 1.5X.75 inch
The plastic frame punch size in the metal panel is not important, will be done later when I receive the frame.
