when simulate monte, how to measure param repectively for monte

I want to measure param respectively for monte, when simulating tran + monte.

For Example,

.tran 10p 1u sweep monte=100

.meas tran t_delay TRIG v(IN) VAL=0.6 TD=0 rise=1 TARG v(OUT) VAL=0.6 TD=0 fall=1

above meas statement, I want to define delay param respectively for each monte (monte=1,2,3,4 ....),
such as t_delay1=~~, t_delay2=~~. .....

The reason why I want to make statement to calculate delay's standard deviation.

I'm sorry I can't use good English.

Please, answer my question.
