Can someone help me to identify what this blown component is please?
It's used on nvidia-geforce-gtx-titan-black graphics card, smd marking
is 'U2 GND 500405'

It's designator is Q3, it's next to the 2-pin white connector on top side of the card

It's looks like a current sensor or a transistor.

Except if you were to circle it in a bold color, the component is too difficult to locate in your photograph.

Preferably you will add a close-up photo of your own damaged component.

This is it but it's not possible for us to read, you need a close up image of it.
