Solution plz

Open windows calculator. Select scientific mode.

What is 2*2*2*2 ?
That is how many memory locations you can address with four address lines.

What is 2^8 ?
That is how many memory locations you can address with eight address lines.

What is 2^10 ?
That is how many address lines you can addrss with ten address lines

Can you see how to work out the answer to your question now?

You need to read some books.
