ENR

What's meaning of "ENR" in nosie figure analyzer?I know it stands for "Exceed Nosie Ratio",But what does it mean?

Re: ENR

ENR=(Th-T0)/T0.

Usually it is expressed in dB.

T0 = 290 K (standard noise temperature).

Th [K] is the equivalent noise temperature of the noise source.

The ENR (or Th) characterizes a noise source, particurarly the noise power at its output.
