Logic gates are the bricks and mortar of digital electronics. Inside a computer, there are almost 100 million gates through which information passes following a set of pre-determined protocol. These gates are made from FETs or field-effect transistor, in particular, MOSFETS, oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors. These logic gates are units of the computer’s central nervous system. Logic circuits have devices as register, multiplexers, ALU or Arithmetic Logic Unit.

As neurone passes electro-chemical information throughout human body to make it tick, Logic gates conducts electronic information throughout the computer device run it throughout.
