SoC and Silicon Ensemble

What's the difference between SoC and Silicon Ensemble ?

Thanks

SoC and Silicon Ensemble

SOC is a newer and bigger system which includes both floorplanner, placer and router. It can use "Wroute" or new tool "Nanoroute", a graphic-based detailed signal router, as its detailed signal router. While SE is a place & route tool for cell-based design that use only "Wroute", a grid-based router, as its detailed signal router.

SOC is more suitable to 0.13um ( and smaller). SE is more fitful to 0.25um.
