Triangle wave has symmetrical flat rising and falling edges ..
Sawtooth has a smooth rising edge and a fast falling edge ..

square wave is switch off between high and low level in zero time where in triangle wave amplitude approches to highest value in spending some time

Saw tooth waveform:
v(t) = a*t for nT ≤t ≤(n+1)t, n ε I, Integer set

Triangular waveform:

v(t) = a*t for nT ≤ t < (n+0.5)T,
= a(T/2 - t) for (n+0.5)T ≤ t ≤ (n+1)T, n ε I, Integer set
 

triangular waveforms are generated by 2nd degree electronic circuits like single stage integrators while sawtooth waveforms are generated by two-stage integrators which are 3rd degree circuits....
 

triangle wave form rises in voltage linearly and then falls in voltage linearly, a sawtooth wave form rises in voltage linearly and then falls back to the minimum voltage (usually zero) instantly.
