What's the difference between controlling an induction motor and servo motor?

what is the differnce in control system between controlling an induction motor and servo motor.

I think you mean DC motor for servo motor. In this case the difference is important, because Induction motor is AC, usually 3 phase. It is clear that DC motor and AC motor drives are different. Also, Velocity-Torque function are also diferent. DC motor has more torque for low velocities and it is more suitable for robotics. However, AC motor need less maintainance and it is better for many industrial applications.
