I know what is A to d and D to A
but what we mean by dual channel ADC and dual channel DAC

A dual channel ADC or DAC can do 2 conversions simultaneously,it has 2 conversion units,
on the other hand there are some 8 channel ADC for example in which you choose the input channel and then the the conversion unit does the conversion of the signal in that input,
if you want a conversion in another input you have to switch input and start a new conversion, only one conversion can happen at any given moment in that kind of ADC.

Can it do two conversions to one input or two conversions to two different inputs

Most ADCs require at least 2 stages, a sample one and a conversion one.
Having 2 ADCs allow them to be pipelined for continuous conversion.
