Hi,

I am choosing a resistor for current reference using tsmc18rf. I have a stable voltage and now I need to generate a current independent to temperature.
Could you tell me what type of resistor in tmsc18rf that is less sensitive to temperature?

You need to check in process documentation. The less sensitive are polysilicon resistors but it depends to its doping. The most probably your process provide a few types of poly resistors with differ temperature coefficients.

If you find resistors with pos. and those with neg. temperature coefficient in your library, you could appropriately combine them to achieve a low TC, s. this thread.
