i've notice that there are a lot of model with different level, for example level 1, level 2 ..... level 49. What does it means?

I've alse came across BSIM3, what is that?

Thanks

Level28 mean BSIM2.
Level49 measn BSIM3V3

Level is just the EDA vendor to identify which model they used.

Yibin.

are levels reflect the complexity of the model? or the number parameters it supported?

Of course. Level 1 model suit for handcalculation, this can give you a general idea of your design.
