I'm not sure your environment is the same with mine.
For me:click the "BROWSE" in the bottom right corner then select the right path and rule file.
Don't forget the session such as TT,FF,res_tt,etc.

Thanks DZC!!!
I know your mean, but the question is : so many modules !
According to your means, you must know every library module.
In my library there are 50 file at least.
It will much trouble to me !!!

So, How to load them automatic ?

Thanks
Regards

In my library there are 50 file at least
Why so many?
You can type all of the once and then load state with only model check box.
Or may be use include file.

Thanks From!!!
Why so many? I not sure, maybe needed with respect to the technology or maybe something wrong I understand.
EX: files about fet
nfet.scs; nfet_rf.scs; nfetarray.scs; egnfet.scs; egnfet_rf.scs; egnfetarray.scs ...

From :
I am not sure your means, could you please explain in detail please?

I think you should create a Library file that incledes your 50 files, or maybe you only need some of the 50 files, select the usefull files .

Find the PDK documents and the foundry will provide the default setups.

Create file "tt.scs" write there as follows:
incude "nfet.scs" section=tt
include "nfet_rf.scs" section=tt
include "nfetarray.scs" section=tt
and so on.
Use this file as a model file for typical corner.
If all these model files use different parameters names there should be no problem.
If they use the same parameter name for different models there can be problem and you will get error messages like "parameter .... was redefined". In this case you should rename some parameters.

But it will be much better if you clearly understand why you have to use so many model files. May be some of them have limitation or dedicated for some specific mode.

I use the button "BROWSE" in the bottom right corner selectiong the file I need, but the report says:
Fatal error found by spectre during circuit read-in
and in the ade_wavescan.log, it reports:
cannot load values for unregistered key: wavescan.trace.dToAConversion

Added after 43 minutes:

Thanks From again!
I will study each of the module file, but it need time:)

Now I have found the process.scs fire which contains all the module files,
but when i run the simulation, the log file says:
"Error found by spectre during circuit read-in.
the process does not contain any libraries"
Why?:?:

The ace_wavescan.log is still report "cannot load values for unregistered key..."
same as the last message i sent.

:?:

Thanks for your help!
Now I have finished the load of the model file:
*use the BROWSE button to load the process fie*
Making sure the model path in the process is correct is very important.

But, now i have another question:
the log file report that:
unknown parameter used to initialize parameter.
I am sure I have locad the file that defines the parameter.
:?:

Added after 1 hours 6 minutes:

I am very happy that I have solve it.
What i want to say here is:
with your heart&&&chariness&&&keep your eyes open
the solution to my question is:
1>load the process.scs file
2>make sure the correct load path of the model path
3>load the parmeter files of the varable and corner correctly.

best regards
