For a half wave rectifier, 300 Hz
For a full wave rectifier, 600 Hz
A brige rectifier is a full wave rectifier
 
For clarity, you may want to specify, what you understand as 6-phase full-wave or bridge rectifier. I don't think that it's a clear specification. The given answer is correct when referring to a 6 phase supply from a 3-phase transformer with two sets of secondary windings.

P.S.: A shown below for the "half-wave" case

ya i know full wave & bridge are the same ........ but still there's slight difference in between these twos
 

for 3 phase rectifier what should be the frequency ?
