What programmer do I need for 25LC640 EEPROM?

Can i load a 25LC640 eeprom with the TE-21 programmer and the software icprog?
If not, what programmer (board & software) do i need?

You can try SI-Prog by Claudio Lanconelli.

Build this base circuit



connect it to the PC DB9 serial port and fit the bellow adapter to the 10 pin connector

Then download the software from this page http://www.lancos.com/ppwin95.html

Choose from the device drop down list SPI EEPROM 2564X/95640
