What kind of resistor is this? (V-I => 1=2V^2)

The V-I characteristic of a resistor is i=2V^2,the resistor is a non-linear,passive ,bilateral device,is it correct?

it is a linear device

Not fully, I would put it as " The V-I characteristic of a resistor is i=V/R,the resistor is a linear,passive ,bilateral device ". I suppose you mean by 'bilateral', bidirectional or non-polar.

It is nonlinear because the V-I curve is not a line.

It is passive because for different values of I ,V the value of R is not negative.
