Hi
I would like to use a NIDAC PRE keypad with my system - but do not have access to the protocol used to transmit the data.
This keypad has the following keys:
0-9,*,# and E(nter)
It also has two LEDs and a piezo beeper.
It has a 4 wire interface:
- black = ground
- white = data & power
- red = red LED
- blue = green LED
What's interesting is that the white wire is used to power the keypad AND to transmit the code that is entered.
Does anyone know how this is done and what hardware/software protocol is used.
Cheers
