I want to design a low noise amplifier used in mems biological sensor.
What kind of cmfb is better for fully differential folded cascode ota?
If capicitors are used in cmfb,will it cause charge injection and affect the resolution of ota?

cap ofcourse will cause charge injection. but it can be solved by other techs.

you should consider cap's noise kT/C. large cap leads to low noise.
