Hello,

ZXGD3003 Datsheet...
**broken link removed**

Datsheet doesnt give Vin(min)...do you know it?

Vin is your gate trigger pulse (from microcontroller or some other digital source)
Vin (min) = 0V
Vin (max) = vcc

Thanks, but all IC's have a min operating voltage , below which they do not operate.....and this is not stated in datasheet.

What voltage will you use it with? One thing's for sure - it will work at 12V all the way up to 40V. The graphs all show VCC=12V.

According to the switching test diagram, it seems like, all this driver is, is a a totem-pole driver with high current rating. In that case, it should work at 5V as well. But if you're driving Power MOSFETs, don't go below 8V.

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.
