I want simulate this circuit, the width of M2 is twice M1 now I want to now what is the relation between current value of I1 and I2?

... what is the relation between current value of I1 and I2?

I1 and I2 are totally independent of the W/L ratios of both transistors, s. the following example:

Hi erikl,

what tool are you using to generate the dc operation point picture?

thanks

Cadence spectre can also post the DC operating point.

Any simulator integrated into Cadence can actually annotate OP voltages and parameters as long as the CDF for that simulator are written correctly
