while simulating any circuit when inputs are sinusoidal, at this time what is the role of off set voltage? why it is necessary & what is the use???? at which parameter is it base on ? how to choose it?

Wihout "offset" the sinus signal is symmetrical to zero.
With a specified offset voltage the sinus is centered upon a dc voltage.
