As long you don't show oscilloscope waveforms of DC-bus to phase and phase to phase, I can't comment the measurement.

I presume it's 3x120° system, not 90° which has of course lower output voltage.

Here is some output by Rc Filter

Yes these measurements are 120degree phase shift

This is output of spwm by which i am getting lower voltage from expectation
Around 175vac phase to phase

Output voltage with spwm and saddle pwm is almost same still spwm gives more output voltage

The second and third waveform look very different from any expectable inverter output. No idea how you managed top get it.

i also thinking waveform is not like expected
in 1st pic i use sine table method.
