what is the maximum current rating of individual pin in LPC2478 microcontroller
 

Reference: , Section: Table 9. Static characteristics, Page 55

They can sink -4mA or source 4mA with VDD @ 3.3V.

However, they have a maximum short circuit current capacity of -45mA and 50mA, not to exceed the total current rating of the device.
