What is the layoutwise different constraints in 28nm and 65nm technologies?

What are the layout constraint you will see when you move from 65nm to 28nm?
Most issues in 28nm technology compared to 65nm is
1)Leakage issues,
2)Parasitics;
3)Latch up issues;
Please add to this list.
