What is the grid size in layout for 250nm technology tsmc?

Usually half of a tenth of the min. structure size.

Thank you. May I know what the structure size mean?Is it the minimum metal width??

No. Grid size is the layout grid resolution adequate to the belonging process technology. Minimum metal width usually is wider or equal to the process technology's number - the "structure size".
