What is the good distro linux for me?

I have install Cadence IC514 ,Synopsys Design Compiler and Modelsim on Debian.
All of them work with simple tasks.But I don't know about the stablility.

you can use debian if your networ is good. but i am not sure whether it is compatible with most EDA software.

Now most of the new EDA tools' baseline OS is RHEL 3 or Suse enterprise 9. So the software stability on them should be better than other OS.

SuSe is the best. It is fully modularized configurable and safe to upgrade.

i think debian is the best.
More secure,easy to install software and managing the system
