can any one help me what is fr4 substrate?

FR4 subtrate is economical for students but results wont be satisfactory becoz its nt efficient....dielectric constant is 4.4 for dis.

You seem to be making some assumptions about the application there. FR4 is widely used for many applications, student, industrial and otherwise.
