Hi eveyone

in our design i observed static crosshatch shape ,what is the use of the this shape why they used instead of using dynamic shape ?? is any reason is behind this

Hi,

Both are polygon pour with different type of pouring order.

These to are used as per the requirement and depends on the char of your circuit.

Hatched pour reduces the volume or concentration of copper on the board compared to solid pour.

Hi anil
thanks for your reply, for example consider 15A current carrying in my design which should i need to use Hatch or dynamic shape.

Use solid shapes and not hatched for high currents.

What is going on at the connector pins top left? The track goes around the pin and then down into the pad instead of just up intot he pad?
