Hello everyone
can you please explain about clear and preset ?
 

Clear asynchronously puts 0 as flop value
Preset makes it 1 asynchronously
 

BUT
What is the difference between clear and reset?
What is the difference between preset and set?

When these are used
can you explain briefly?
