hi,
i am using RCX of assura to do rc extraction , and there are 3 kinds of cap extraction mode such as coupled, decoupled and decoupled to substrate. Then what is the difference among these modes? For high speed circuit ,which mode should i choose? thanks a lot

It depends on what information you want. For signal integrity application, you should choose coupled. For timing analysis, you can use decoupled. The manual of assura explained this very clearly. You can refer to it.
