what is the difference between Normal Buffers and Clock Buffers?

The clock buffer or inverter have the transition one to zero and zero to one with more accurate than usual buffer and inverter.

i believe you are trying to say that clock buffers are bigger and are able to drive bigger load than normal buffer
 

I remember that this topic is discussed before.
The point is that the clock buffer is more elaborate such that it's balanced for both rising and falling transition and delay.
Of course, the cost of clock buffer is also bigger.
