What is the difference between nmos, native nmos and medium?

In the following model What is the difference between nmos, native nmos and medium? which type parameter values shoul I be using for hand calculations?

The big difference is they have different threshold voltage Vth.

yes, as nxing said, the big difference is they have different threshold voltage Vth.
this is to say, for vth of nmos: native<medium<normal.
and you can get more information from the fundry and maybe you study some process knowedge.
