I tried tvf::SETLAYER and tvf OUTLAYER commands, but are not working because creating polygon is not an layer assignment operation.
could u please help me in this.

Hi JK-

I believe what you want is the POLYGON statement. It is supported in compile-time TVF, but not sure about run-time TVF. It draws a polygon using coordinates on the layer you specify.

If you can use SVRF instead of TVF, there is also Layout Polygon, which lets you also specify a layer of hierarchy.

Best-

Sam.
