wht is the best antenaa to designe and how and is thee any active antenna please answer

One of the best antennas for TV reception is Yagi.

An active TV antenna uses an amplifier right after the antenna feeding connector.
On the net you can find a lot of schematics for TV-Yagi and TV-amplifiers.
