what is the best software?

Hi all..
i am new in linux and want to learn that what is the best and opensource software in schematics drawing and PCB drawing?
By the best, i mean having lots of model,, easy and nice user interface,, etc....

Cadsoft's Eagle is pretty good. Its not opensource but is freeware.

Linear Technology and TI offer free version of their SPICE programs, but I think they only support only their own components
