what is snr and ser

Hello
I have a cure that is the plot of SER vs. SNR in dB. What is the corresponding value of SER=\[10^{-2}\] , for example, before we plot the log of this value?
Regards

I already have the curve, but I want to know the equivalent values of the y-axis just before the plot, and using the semilogy command in MATLAB. How can I obtain these values from the curve? For example, what is the equivalent value of \[10^{-2}\] in the linear form?
