Hello Mr. mosfets.bjt,
How are you, Hope you are doing great. well your answer really attracted me as i was looking for an answer that " Why cant we use 0.3m dish for 11 GHz frequency? " Your definition and equation gave the exact answer i was looking for, but i am now little confused that why cant we use above 0.6m dish for 38 GHz frequency and above.. i mean as you said, ""for efficient radiation of electromagnetic energy the radiating antenna should be of the order of one-tneth or more the wavelength of signal radiated" and in case of 38 GHz if we use 1.2m antenna, it would likely be more than multiple 10 times of the radiated signal, then why cant we??????
Best regards,
Masood.
