Hello
what is difference between analog and digital Multiplexer?
and why some time analog Multiplexer doesn't works fine with digital signal with low frequency(1Khz)?

digital signal usually 0 to 1 logic a single fet will pass it on
analog signal has + and - value that needs 2 fets one passing +v and other - v.
An analogue multiplexer is made up of analogue switches, MOSFETs. They allow an analogue signal to pass from input to output with some series resistance.
A digital multiplexer "logically" selects an input signal to connect to the output (or vice versa). So, the signal is buffered and it only works with digital signals.
If you are having problems with analogue multiplexers your would have to show more details of your application to be able to help.
