[SOLVED] What exactly is SAX965 component (need info on it)?

What exactly is SAX965?

I recently opened a power supply and on the side of the heatsink there was one burnt component with designator SAX965. I suppose it is a thermistor of some kind but I can't find datasheet for it anywhere on the net.
Perhaps somebody could help me out by appropriate link to datasheet or at least with some some basic data so that I can find correct replacement for it?
