driver ir2136

In ir2136 datasheet http://www.irf.com/product-info/datasheets/data/ir2136.pdf
a line says that:

Lowside outputs out of phase with inputs. High side
outputs out of phase (IR2136/IR21363/IR21365/
IR21366/IR21367/IR21368) or in phase
(IR21362) with inputs.

What's the meaning of "in phase" or "out of phase" here?
Does "in phase" mean; when input is 1 output is 1, and
does "out of phase" mean; when input is 1 output is 0?

In my opinion, you're correct.
