this sign is not only for Analoge devices...
i have seen it before on another manufacturers...
example :

or :
2sa977.jpg
 

On that power transistor above is not a triangle, but manufacturer logo - Matsushita.

:idea: Note that a triangle marking might have different meaning depending on manufacturer, or even specific IC... check some datasheets?
