what does The Dot Convention mean

what does the end of the dots mean. should I change the direction of the winding like clockwise and anti clock wise according to the dots?

The dot convention shows what polarity the coupling between the windings is. When positive voltage is applied to the dotted terminal of one winding (the start) with respect to the undotted terminal (the finish), there will be positive voltage on the other windings with positive voltage from their dotted to undotted terminals.

The dots are shown specifically so you can move the two windings around on a schematic and still know which direction the coupling occurs.

I am still puzzled whats to do regarding the winding as i want to wind a transformer with the dots on the opposite side for primary and secondary should I wind clock and anti clock method..
