RF MEMS

i'v heard a lot about RF MEMS. would you please help me to understand the meaning of this term??

MEMS= Micro Electro Mechanical System
iMEMS= Integrated Micro Electro Mechanical System

Refer to Micromachined products of Analog Devices for Inertial sensors, Accelerometer, Gyroscope ... etc.,

Just click "search" on this page by"rebeiz MEMS", you can find the book of Dr. Rebeiz. He is the top one in this field. Just after read several pages of this book, you'll have some fundamental ideas of RF MEMS.
