What does R mean in ncverilog -R?

I use VCS before. I don't familiar with ncverilog.
What does -R mean?
 

ncverilog -R

-R: The -R option lets you simulate the same snapshot multiple times using different simulator
command-line options.

ncverilog -R

just type in ncvlog in ur shell and u get to know all the options.

There is a pdf file called ncvlog.pdf under your nstall direction, you can read it.
