can anyone tell me what does ML stands in microchip part number? like DSPIC30F3011-20I/ML, does it stand for military grade?
thanks

Actually the "ML" indicates that the part is a QFN package. The "I" indicates an industrial temperature grade -40C to +85C. They do have an extended temperature grade as well (-40C to 125C) with an "E" extension in place of the "I". I don't think Microchip make any military grade parts -- you'll have to screen their parts yourself.
